Corrections and challenges
Accuracy matters more than saving face.
Readers, sources and subjects can challenge a factual claim. The strongest correction request identifies the exact page, disputed statement and evidence supporting the change.

Contact the official @cryptonewshq account on X and identify the message as a correction request. Include the page URL, the sentence or figure in question, the correction you believe is required and a reliable source or primary document where possible.
Evidence is checked against the page
A disagreement in interpretation is not automatically a factual error. The challenge is compared with the original source, the wording used and any later evidence. A subject's response may be added when it materially improves the reader's understanding.
Material changes remain visible
Typographical changes that do not alter meaning can be fixed without a note. When a factual correction changes the meaning, the page should state what changed and show an updated time. A correction is not used to erase a documented fact merely because it is unwelcome.
